Burleigh Griffith

Burleigh Griffith is the Lead Teacher and Director of the Rochester Preschool. A native Vemonter, he holds a Vermont Teaching License Birth-Pre-K, and graduated from Northern Vermont University Lyndon with a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education. He lives in Rochester with his family, 13 chickens, 6 goats, 2 dogs, and 1 Betta fish. When not at school, he enjoys spending time outside camping, listening to live music, biking, and hiking. His favorite quote is from Mrs. Maple’s Seeds by Eliza Wheeler. “Never forget that even the grandest of trees once had to grow up from the smallest of seeds”

Megan Cornaglia

Ms. C is originally from Wallingford, Connecticut where she taught Kindergarten. In her spare time, she enjoys being outside hiking and running with her dog Piper. She also enjoys reading and cooking.

Mrs. Ulrich joined RSUD this 2023-2024 school year. She lives in Waitsfield with her husband, extended family, and their beloved cat, Keiko. Mrs. Ulrich has a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary and Special Education from Juniata College in Central Pennsylvania. She has various crafting hobbies and enjoys outdoor adventures.

Ms. H is originally from San Antonio, Texas, and recently graduated from Norwich University. Ms. H has 3 sisters and one brother and during her free time, she enjoys skiing and hiking.

Robert Moffitt

Mr. Moffitt grew up just outside of Philadelphia Pennsylvania. In school, he loved gym, art, math, and science, but he often had a hard time sitting still in class. He later went on to study at Temple University in Philadelphia to become a teacher. He lives with his wife and three children in Wallingford Vermont. He loves obstacle course racing, hiking, swimming, and being outdoors.
