Jessie Potter Rochester Head Custodian

Jessie joined the supervisory union in 2012 as the preschool assistant at our Bethel location. While working there she also substituted as a custodian where needed, and then took a permanent part-time position at the Rochester school. In 2015 she accepted the lead custodial position in Rochester where she is now located. She is now able to observe the growth and development of the students as they journey through all of their elementary years. At home with her husband, Jessie enjoys crochet, quilting, and canning from the garden.

Pam Gendron

Pam Gendron Stockbridge Food Service Director

Ms. Pam originally from Bethel; lives in Rochester with her husband and 14-year-old son.  Ms. Pam has been the Food Service Manager in Stockbridge since 2018; coming from Joslyn House; a shared housing facility in Randolph.  She loves to cook nutritious meals for all her students.  Ms. Pam enjoys camping, kayaking, baking, gardening, stock car racing, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Tristan Goding

Tristan has worked at Rochester Elementary School since 2015 and has been a volunteer for even longer. Though he was born and educated in Vermont, he spent several years in Kansas working in factories, construction, and maintenance. He spent much of his childhood in Rochester and loves its community. He is passionate about conservation, peacekeeping, nature, children, and animals. He is also an avid art, music, film, and literary expert and can be found working at Sandy’s Bookery on the weekends.

Carrie Collins

Ms. Carrie moved to Vermont 2 years ago with her husband. She has worked with students from all ages (Pre K through high school) for several years.  In her free time, she loves to be outside biking, hiking, skiing, etc.

Laurie Novotny

Ms. Laurie is a paraprofessional at the Stockbridge Central school. Prior to becoming a paraprofessional she had an in-home daycare for 25 years, and subed at SCS for many tears. She has a deep passion for working with children of all ages. She has three children who are Alumni of Stockbridge, Rochester, and Bethel. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and grandchildren. She is proud to be a part of this community.

Caitlin Cutting

Ms. Cait started working as a Para this year at RES. She was a stay at home mom for 10 years, and she’s excited to be joining our team. During her free time she enjoys riding her horses and spending time with her family.

Katelyn Bowen

Ms. Katelyn is currently working as a paraeducator in our preschool classroom, before starting at Rochester school she owned a home daycare for over 10 years. She has two children and is extremely happy to have joined the Rochester school system and looks forward to helping the students learn and grow! On her free time she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family exploring!
